2019 District Conference

The Rotarians of District 6580 are excited to invite you to join with us for our District Conference in Clarksville on April 27, 2019!  Don't miss the fun and fellowship as we join together to Be The Inspiration to embrace Rotary's motto of "Service Above Self".

The conference activities will take place at The Radisson Louisville North, located at 505 Marriott Drive, Clarksville, IN 47129.  Call the hotel directly at 812-283-4411 for room reservations.

Join Us for "Newsies" at Derby Dinner Playhouse

We have arranged for discount tickets to the Derby Dinner Playhouse production of Newsies that will be showing during the District Conference!  Derby Dinner Playhouse is located right next door to the Radisson Hotel and Conference Center.  Discount tickets are available for both Friday, April 26, and Saturday, April 27.  Tickets cost $45 for Friday night and $49 for Saturday night (before the 15% discount).  The theater box office number is 812-288-8281.  Phone reservations are required, please call and ask for the "Show Your Badge" discount of 15% for conference attendees.  Discount tickets cannot be ordered online.

District 6580 selects Megan Gearhart as Global Grant Scholar
The District 6580 Global Grant Scholarship Committee has selected IU graduate Megan Gearhart of Roanoke, Indiana for the 2023-24 scholarship. Megan will use the $40,000 award to pursue a Joint Masters of Law in International Law of Global Security, Peace and Development, plus Global Policy Development, through Erasmus Mundus, a European Union program. Her host club will be the Rotary Club of Olomouc City, Czech Republic.
